This calculator compares inputs you enter, with a separately billed first month and constant later monthly prices. It is not connected to provider checkout or insurance.

Enter the whole first and later monthly charge. Add shipping only if excluded and setup fees once. The starting CoreAge scenario is an advertised-rate estimate, not a personal quote.

THE QUOTE AT A GLANCE
  1. 01What leaves now?
  2. 02What does time cost?
  3. 03What cash is committed?

Avoid double-counting

If a bundle includes care, medication and delivery, enter its total in care-plus-medication and set shipping to zero. Otherwise enter shipping separately. Do not add membership twice.

One-time fees occur only at the start. A repeated lab or visit charge needs a separate schedule; this model cannot place it precisely in a later month.

Read three outputs

First payment includes starting price, delivery and setup. Period cost allocates charges to the selected months. Cash committed includes whole prepaid blocks covering that period.

Later payment block multiplies ongoing monthly total by billing term. Switching quarterly to monthly may leave period cost unchanged while reducing cash committed. That is expected.

Respect the model’s limits

The tool cannot predict dose changes, eligibility, promotions, reimbursement, taxes, refunds or partial months. Twelve-month output is a scenario, not a forecast of a provider’s policy.

All recurring fields follow one payment term. If membership is monthly and medication prepaid, obtain a dated schedule instead. Mixed billing needs a different calculation.

Save an explainable record

Name each quote with its provider and date. Saving uses this browser’s local storage, not an account or cloud backup. Clearing browser data removes it.

CSV export and printing make local records; neither sends data to a provider. Keep source quotes with them. Ask about unknown future costs rather than giving missing information a confident zero.

Put your quote to work.
