Bodybuilding Health+ offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide through an online platform operated by Dynamo Group LLC. Its homepage presents several bundle lengths as monthly rates. That format is useful for comparing a headline, but it does not tell a household everything it needs to know about the amount charged today.
We checked the rendered prices, expanded provider FAQ and May 7 terms on October 15, 2026. We did not purchase a plan, complete a medical intake or test delivery. This review separates the displayed rates from an unverified checkout total and the financial consequences of changing care.

Start with the displayed rate and its term
The homepage lists semaglutide at $179 per month for one month, $159.33 per month for three months, $158 per month for six months and $141.50 per month for twelve months. Tirzepatide is listed at $209, $179, $174.67 and $187.33 per month for those respective terms. These are current displayed offers, not a personal prescription quote.
The twelve-month tirzepatide option is labeled best value even though its displayed monthly rate is higher than the six-month rate. Do not substitute the label for the numbers. Confirm the exact offer, medication quantity and prescribed range before comparing packages.
The page does not establish whether each bundle is charged in one payment, in installments or on another schedule. Multiplying a displayed rate by its term gives an arithmetic comparison, not a verified invoice; rounded monthly figures can also differ from the actual bundle total.
Get the complete initial and renewal bill
Ask for the amount due before review, the amount due after approval, the period covered and the next charge date. Confirm whether consultation, laboratory testing, supplies and shipping are included in the selected offer. A price beside an ingredient name does not resolve those components.
The terms say the affiliated medical entities do not contract with health-insurance plans and the patient is responsible for fees. They also say a received medical consultation is non-refundable and prescription sales are final. The public document does not itemize a consultation charge or explain how it is allocated inside each bundle.
Cancellation flexibility is not an unused-term refund promise
The homepage FAQ says plans can be adjusted or canceled at any time with support assistance. The general terms do not supply a bundle-specific cancellation cutoff, renewal cadence, unused-month refund calculation or a clear exception for medical ineligibility. Read those gaps alongside the consultation and prescription final-sale language.
Before paying for a longer term, request the selected financial agreement and ask what happens if the clinician declines treatment, changes the preparation or stops treatment later. Ending future billing is different from recovering a payment already made. Keep a confirmation of any cancellation request and its effective date.
Separate the platform from the clinical and pharmacy teams
The FAQ identifies Lion MD and physicians Ana Lisa Carr and Kelly Tenbrink as its medical team, and lists Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx as pharmacy partners. These are company-reported relationships, not independent license checks or a guarantee of the pharmacy assigned to a particular order.
Dynamo Group’s terms describe a platform that arranges access to independent clinicians and pharmacies. The homepage says the platform supports all fifty states but qualifies individual services by state; the terms also limit availability. Confirm the selected medication and provider for your location rather than assuming every bundle is available nationwide.
Keep the product and service claims within their evidence
The site explicitly describes its GLP-1 products as compounded. FDA explains that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and have not received the same premarket review as approved products. A familiar ingredient, a pharmacy partnership or a long-established retail brand does not establish that a specific preparation has an approved medicine’s evidence.
Bodybuilding Health+ advertises ongoing provider check-ins and shipping to the patient. Its terms do not guarantee delivery timing. We have not tested clinician response, fulfillment or outcomes, and the displayed ratings are not independently audited patient results. The wider peptide and wellness menu does not establish additional treatments are needed.
The cost question to resolve before committing
The bundle menu is detailed enough to reveal meaningful differences between terms. The missing information is how each term turns into a real initial charge, future renewal and refund position. Compare only after those details are in the written quote.
The CareBox review provides another example of a low starting amount paired with a longer-term qualifier and cancellation rules. Neither review assigns a clinical quality score or establishes which treatment is right for a reader.
